About this research
PayNearMe conducted an online survey in February 2022 to determine U.S. bettor preferences for the iGaming deposit and withdrawal process.
What we aimed to learn:
- How important the payment experience is to U.S. iGaming bettors
- The most in-demand payment options for bettors
- The most significant pain points within the iGaming payment experience
- How iGaming operators can win and keep more bettors through positive payment experiences
The payment experience matters
When customers want to place bets but have issues with declined payments, it can cause them to abandon the process entirely.
