Sign in to your Agent Interface instance.
Search by account number to locate a customer record.
Navigate to the upper right to find the buttons to push payment reminders by email and text message.
Customers will receive an email or text message in moments.
Clicking “Pay Now” will send customers directly to their personal payment screen.
